We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bench Sales Recruiter (Fresher) to join our dynamic team. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants to potential clients and prime vendors. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in US IT staffing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand the skills and experience of bench consultants.
• Market bench consultants to existing clients and new prospects through job portals, networking sites, and vendor contacts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
• Submit qualified consultants to suitable job requirements.
• Work closely with recruiters and account managers to meet placement goals.
• Ensure regular follow-up with consultants and vendors until successful placement.
• Negotiate rates and contract terms.
• Maintain and update internal databases and trackers.

Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in US shifts.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies (a plus but not mandatory).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the US staffing industry.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:
• Night shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)
• 5 working days (Saturday and Sunday Off)
